The last seven days have been a rough one for television’s female characters. By Daniel Fienberg’s count, six shows had female characters put to death. But there could’ve been more, as that number only counts the shows he watches. "That's six shows,” he says, "killing non-villain, non-victim-of-the-week female characters, which becomes dramatically more interesting when I make this observation: Last week, the number of shows that had female characters who left storylines either via natural, non-violent death or any of the myriad ways which, in normal life, people depart jobs, cities, or fantastical realms without dying equaled zero.” PLUS: Why institutional sexism probably explains last week's female character bloodbath.

Kate Beckett could be next in the May 16 finale - Crossfire episode! The show has had a 1 share ranking ever since the went with the bizzare twists from being a cop drama to a Twight Light Zone type drama involving conspiracy and darkness! Stania is rumor to be asking for close to that of Fillion salary per episode. That is double that of her current salary for the show $200K an episode!

The female medical examiner is not coming back either! She was a bore anyways and just not attractiveness to rope a guy in the show other then the Spanish detective!

But the last two episodes have been decent and back to the original theme that end in Season 6!

Abbie should have stayed on Sleepy Hollow just for one more year.
