Default Besides Diff'rent Strokes, did Nancy Reagan appear on any other sitcom in early 80's?

I remember seeing her talking to Arnold on Different Strokes in 1983-84 season about the say no to drugs and was wondering did she appear on any other sitcoms

Other than Diff'rent Strokes I don't remember Nancy Reagan appearing on any other sitcoms. So no I don't think so.

I think the producers had gotten in contact with the White House and asked her. It was a very popular show at the time (I was about 12 or 13 and I watched the show regularly myself) and I assume they wanted to get the "just say no to drugs" message out to as many young people as possible. That makes sense to me.

Seems right. What other shows were out there at the time where she could have reached her target audience?

Nope. Alex, staunch 1980's Republican.

Oh yes that's right. I'm sorry I misunderstood what you were saying. I thought you were talking about the characters loving each other. And I thought you meant the husband on the show (Steven) so of course I thought you meant to say Elyse the wife and mother. My mistake.
