Some NBC affiliates last night opted to air the live Rockefeller Christmas tree lighting instead of continuing with Lester Holt’s live coverage of Wednesday’s shooting.

I can understand people being upset but how much can you talk about that tragedy? Is it news? You better believe it. But I think after a while, you'd want to watch something different and thats not saying you dont care.
