There's a new tv show coming on the Fox network on January 7th called Empire with Terrence Howard and Taraji Henson. I wanna know what time does this show come on? I didn't see what time it comes on on imdb.com. I wanna see this show and I like Terrence and Taraji. Terrence and Taraji have done 2 movies called Hustle and Flow and Four Brothers. Terrence is from my hometown Cleveland, Ohio.

I saw on Youtube that it comes on at 9pm which sucks for me because I don't get off work until 10. I'm gonna have to set my vcr to record it.

I think Fox.com will let you watch previous episodes either a day after or a week after it is aired. I don't watch many shows on Fox but those that I want to see; I go to: http://www.fox.com/.

The quality of the play back is excellent and it usually has the past 5 episodes of the show.

I came in with a strong bias against "Empire" but I kind of like it! Music was pretty good and acting was decent and the script was good too. It was complete surprise! Now I kind of looking forward to the next episode. I think will be a hit show! It kind of a hip-gangster-music drama series!

I like your picture of Charlie Sheen with 2 women LOL. I saw Empire and I liked it. It was very good. Terrence and Taraji are good actors and Taraji was looking good. I like her hair. LOL@Taraji beating her son with a broom hahahahahahahahahahahaha. LOL@Terrence and Taraji has a gay son who has a Hispanic boyfriend hahahahahahahahahahaha. I like Terrence's son white woman and I like Terrence's lightskin black woman. I see Malik Yoba is on there and he played on New York Undercover tv show. Cuba Gooding Jr is gonna be on next week's episode and I like Cuba. Cuba and Terrence did a movie called Red Tails but I didn't see it. I hope this show lasts about 3-4 years but I doubt it because I wouldn't be surprised if it got cancelled after a year or two. This show is too hardcore for a regular network like Fox because it has cursing and violence and it needs to be on a cable network so it can last longer.

After struggling in the ratings this fall, Fox just received some very welcome news: Wednesday night’s hip-hop drama "Empire" has opened strong.

Blessed with an "American Idol" lead-in — yet also improving upon it — "Empire" premiered to 9.8 million viewers and a 3.7 rating among adults 18-49. That’s Fox’s highest-rated series debut in three years (since 2012’s Touch).

"Empire" ranks as the top-rated show in the demo, beating ABC’s "Modern Family" head-to-head, and grew from its "Idol" lead-in by 19 percent.

"Empire" outperformed Fox’s heavily hyped "Gotham" premiere this fall, and managed to retain its rating throughout its hour — another good sign.

* UPDATE:

Fox fast-ordered some updated, more accurate numbers from Nielsen and both "Empire" and "Idol" went up a tenth of a point.

What this means: "Empire" now ties ABC’s "How to Get Away with Murder" as the highest-rated new show premiere this season.

LOL@Terrence Howard's hair hahahahahahahahahaha. I hope Empire stays on for at least 2-3 years because I think it's gonna be a good show but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't stay on long. That's good that the ratings were good for the first episode.

HarryWild, thanks for posting that Fox network website because I just watched the 2nd episode of Empire because I set my vcr last night to record it and it didn't work because I did something wrong. The 2nd episode was good. I just wish Terrence would fire the fat black woman Gabourey who's his secretary because she's nasty to look at hahahahahahahahahahahaha. He needs to hire a cute woman. I like his lightskin black woman. She's hot and I've never seen her. She was half naked at the beginning of the 2nd episode. She has a nice body. Taraji Henson is ghetto on here LOL. She says the word b*tch a lot LOL. What's up with her ghetto black woman assistant? She could've hired somebody that's educated and got some class.
