Default Why Vivian one was fired?

Vivian one was funnier than Vivian two, but there is a better reason why.

The actress who played Vivian one cannot control her anger well like actor James Avery, who plays Phillip Banks, that can control his anger better.

Vivian two is somehow funny, but she knows how to control her anger better than Vivian one.

People who cannot control their anger get fired.

Do you mean controlling her anger on or off the set? I thought she got fired for her and Will not getting along.

She was fired because unlike the other cast members and entire studio crew; she did NOT kiss Will's A$$....and because of that she was unceremoniously terminated. Case Closed.

Here's the story of her departure:

The producers offered her a contract for the fourth season in which she could only appear in 9/26 episodes of that season and she wasn't allowed to make any guest appearances on other shows or movies. She refused to sign the contract declaring that she couldn't make a living off of that. Instead of re-negotiating the studio didn't call her back and recast the role.

Yes, there were problems with her and Will Smith, but that's not the actual reason why she was fired.

So she was fired off set after Will Smith turned her down correctly when she could not control her anger at all.

Will, while he had a lot of influence, had nothing to do with the production of the show (at least until the final season when he became executive producer) so he didn't fire her but I'm sure that he could have helped her keep her job if he wanted to.

As far as Janet's temper and Will's attitude, I don't know anything about as I was not actually there and it's difficult to know who was right (Will or Janet), but her contract was the actual reason behind her departure. And her feud with Will didn't help matters.

Yep, lol. I don't blame Janet. I would have been mad too if they only wanted me in 9 out of 26 episodes, not to mention the fact that she wouldn't be allowed to do any other movies or make guest spots in other TV shows.

Her contract got badly affected and messed up due to her nonstop controlled anger. Of course didn't fire her, the press release did.

Well that's what happen when people cannot control their anger, they get their contracts messed up and discontinued and finally get fired.

That's what also happened to actress Alexandra Krosney of Last Man Standing.

Well, regardless of her attitude, I think they did her wrong. I mean, only giving her 9 out of 26 episodes if she had a bad attitude is understandable, but restricting from doing any other projects such as movies or TV guest spots? That's ridiculous.

I don't want to divert the discussion regarding another show, but where exactly do you have proof or "hard" evidence regarding what happened to Alexandra Krosney?

I wouldn't have been surprised if that was a "lowball" way of trying to "nicely" convince Janet to leave (instead of outright firing her at least at first).

Something to really interesting to take into account, is that several years back, Alfonsio Riberio publically said that Janet was hard to work with:

But still, Janet was pregnant too during her last season working on this show. How much work could she have done anyway when she had a little baby?

No, I was talking about her contracts for the fourth season of the show, the year after her pregnancy. Her contract for the fourth season was the one she refused and got fired about.
