I actually read that she was homeless at one time and the Fonz reached out to her and wouldnt take his help. Very sad. She was one of my crushes growing up.

She was last observed living in a trailer park with relatives somewhere in Indiana. That was in 2012.

I believe the reason she wouldn't accept Henry's help is because she can't stand him. Something happened between them on Happy Days that wasn't good. From what I read, it was his infatuation with Erin

Of course Ron Howard, as rich as he is, could have reached out to her and I am sure she may have accepted. After all, he did play her older brother for many years.

She didn't invest her money from the show wisely perhaps? And a shame about this pictures because she was a cutie on the show.

Henry had an infatuation with Erin? In what way?

From what I understand several HD cast members have tried to help her. Sadly, people who have substance abuse problems have to admit they have a problem and/or hit rock bottom before they can be helped. They're also very emotionally unstable, paranoid and they lie a lot. I've seen it many times.

Has drug addiction caused Erin Moran of Happy Days to become homeless?''

I could've sworn that there have been rumors about Erin being sexually abused (possibly by a tutor) as a child.

She was on the Howard Stern Show in the early '90s and had some pretty unkind things to say about several members of the cast. I don't remember all the particulars, but she said Henry Winkler was hitting on her on the show, and seemed to imply she was still quite young when he tried "stick his tongue down my throat." She also said he used to put his hands on Marion Ross's behind. She made a comment about Anson Williams being arrogant, and Donny Most having mental issues. And her comment about Scott Baio: "wham, bam, thank you, ma'am." I don't know what would compel her to say those things on the air, but it wasn't too nice.

I found the Howard Stern interview. Someone has posted part of it. You can hear some of those remarks I was remembering.

In this video at 6:00 to 7:50, she discusses sexual assault by a family member, but as an adult.

I feel very badly for her. This may explain a lot.

Erin had serious mental issues. Whether it was from childhood, drugs, schizophrenia or a combination I don't know. But all the other original cast members were lifelong friends so I'd believe them before her. And I've heard interviews with other cast members where they were pressed about Erin's bizarre behavior and they always defended her.

She's got a lot of mental problems as well as brain damage from ALL those hallucinogenic drugs she's done over MANY years. So sad, really.
