In fact, Vaughn and “True Detective” creator Nic Pizzolatto have previously worked together, but only briefly, according to Deadline. Pizzolatto was the original writer for Vaughn’s film reboot of “The Rockford Files,” which he had to exit due to his “True Detective” commitments. |
