Here's my ranking:

1. The Master: Mark Metcalf did a superb job with this character. He made a pure evil character make you laugh.

2. Glory: Beauty is the beast.

3. Angelus, Spike, & Drusilla: Before Warren, Andrew, & Jonathan; they were the original evil trio.

4: Dark Willow: Brilliant acting by Alison Hannigan. Dark Willow has always been one of my favorite characters of the entire series.

5: Mayor Wilkins & Faith: Essays could (and probably have) have been written on this combination. The Mayor was like an evil used car salesman in a cheap suit.

6: The First Evil: The main reason I liked this character was because it could take the form of anyone who had died (or was still dead) which allowed for many cameo appearances of past characters.

7: Adam: I really didn't like Adam, but he looked awesome.
