I always hate seeing that "guilty pleasure" phrase. If you're talking about something that may well be considered pleasurable that you genuinely should feel guilty about, then fine- lust and adultery (really the same thing according to Jesus in Matthew 5:28) would fit nicely in that category.
But when you're talking about a TV show you like- there's nothing to feel guilty about. "Charles in Charge" is a great show and I don't feel guilty admitting I like it- it's simply a pleasure.
