I do not buy Barney & Robin as a couple. As friends, they have chemistry, but not as lovers. They're too much alike.

And despite this tease with the new "mother" character, I'm still not entirely convinced that Ted and Robin won't end up together in the end.

Remember, this show likes to throw twists and curves into the plot, so we'll see what unfolds as the season progresses.
