Default 8 OF THE RAUNCHIEST TV SHOWS IN NETWORK TV HISTORY

http://guyism.com/entertainment/tv/r...v-history.html

Quote:
Raunchy TV shows have long been a hallmark of cable TV, which has always sort of been the Wild West of entertainment given that the law – aka the FCC – is not allowed to interfere. But that hasn’t been the case with network TV, which has managed to maintain a much tamer environment, safe for mom and grandma, the church lady, and everyone else who gets the vapors whenever there’s an exposed ankle beamed at them through the magic idiot box. Still, there have been a few shows in the long, mostly boring history of network TV that have managed to shock and offend, and while they may not be as cutting edge or as debauched as their cable TV counterparts, they have still managed to be eight of the raunchiest TV shows in network TV history. Let us salute them.

I loved Married to Children but I rank it second to South Park.

I always felt extremely dirty watching Gossip Girl and Married... With Children. For some reason I've always been ok with Two and a Half Men's situations and jokes. I guess I don't like shows where some character is always getting humiliated.

I can't stand "Two and a Half Men" because all they talk about is sex...more so than "That 70's Show", and it wasn't cute either!

But "Family Guy" being 2nd...of course, If "Family Guy" lived in the real world...none of the cast would be around because of their tomfooleries.

I agree with you on that.

How about Jerry Springer, Maury, and WWE Raw back in the Attitude Era?

South Park, Two and a Half Men, Married...With Children, That 70's Show, King of the Hill, The Simpsons, any show on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. I personally don't care for any of these shows and never understood why they were so popular.
My husband likes Married...With Children and Two and a Half Men but I could never get into them. I have always thought South Park was the most disgusting piece of trash ever aired!
