Well, something tells me that if the audience didn't agree with gay marriage, it's highly unlikely that they would have been "convinced" of the error of their ways. "Geez, I really don't think gay marriage is right, but I dunno, "The Big Bang Theory" seems to think it's OK, so I guess I'll go with that!".

Seems like a non issue to me.

Right-wingers keep fearing that if gay marriage passes, it will become mandatory, and those who favor traditional marriage will forever lose their rights. In the states where it's passed, no such thing has happened.

Then again, why am I not surprised. They also believe all gays are child abusers.

For the record, I don't claim to be on either wing of the building, but I did want to point out that this is a generalization. I don't think all people who hold to right wing views think like that, just as I don't think all people who hold to left wing views think like that. But it is a possible reason and I definitely acknowledge that both these statements are accurate in some cases.
And given that the main star of "The Big Bang Theory" is openly gay, it doesn't seem too surprising that the creator of the show would support gay marriage rights.

I've read the vanity cards a couple of times, but I had to hit the pause button.

Once I realized that he never talks about the show, I stopped reading them. All it is is mindless drivel.

Well, all I am trying to say is that for both sides of the Political aisle, there are more important things to worry about than whether or not same sex marriage passes.

And for the record, I am not the biggest same sex marriage supporter, nor do I hate gays.
