When they stopped carrying '60s and '70s Hannah-Barbera Cartoons and jumped on the "Reality" Show Bandwagon.

When CN gave-up Looney Tunes.
They still have "Looney Tunes Show", but showing the classics as well as the originals is genius! |

I will argue that Cartoon Network "Jumped the Shark" when Adult Swim launched in 2001.
The Adult Swim block itself wasn't bad at the time, but it was clear that Cartoon Network's premise as a station that airs classic cartoons 24/7 had run its course, as they had created what expanded to an 8 hour block just to make extremely cheap (psychedelic) productions. It was the beginning of the end. |

Never IMO. It was great when it had "Looney Tunes", but it has great shows like "The Amazing World of Gumball", "Steven Universe" and "We Bare Bears".
