In fact, Conan's TBS talk show seems stuck on the familiar. As Jason Zinoman notes, Conan doesn't distinguish himself as much anymore. His jokes aren't all that creative.

He'll never get over being canned by Leno! He's a Jay Leno wannabe that will never be as big as Leno. Other than his looks, i dont see anything funny about Conan.
