I kept saying to myself that I will go to sleep in 15 mins and that ended up being 3 hours and that was on a WORK NIGHT

Yes this episode definitely predicted the addiction to the Internet. I didn't discovering the internet in 1996 so when this episode aired my internet addiction had not started yet.
