Confused Remember after the late great Mel Blanc died in 1989

The poor excuses for Bugs Bunny cartoons Warner Bros-AND SOMEONE ELSE another company from NYC(New York City)-did in 1990.,called "Box Office Bunny"(This would have been a classic if done during the 1950's-early 1960's)"Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers"(Part 1 was fair, but part 2 was a dud),and another untitled bomb.Does anyone remember these so-called Bugs Bunny cartoons?

They said on the commentary to "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" that shortly after having performed the voices he had for that film that he had passed away which is sad because I think since then there has yet to be someone who has matched the brillance that he had in doing the Looney Tunes. It has always amazed me that one man created all those amazing voices, some of them you would have never guessed that it was the same guy. It has been said that before he died he taught his son how to do the many voices that he created so he could carry on his legacy and that they didn't die along with him.

What does Mel Blanc's son do now?

I have no idea. Back in 1990 he was one of the two voice actors that did the voice of Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig and Taz in Tiny Toon Adventures. In 2005 he did Elmer Fudd in a Family Guy film called "Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story" but as for what he does now, I couldn't tell you.

Default Mel Blanc died because he literally fell out of a bed!

http://officialfan.proboards.com/thr...-died-fell-out

Quote:
Seriously. He'd smoked for many years, and in 1989 went into the hospital to get a bad cough checked out. Some orderly forgot to put the bars up on his bed, and he accidentally rolled out and broke his femur when he hit the floor.

Breaking his femur caused a fat embolism (an embolism that is released into the brain due to trauma from burns or fracturing a long bone), which caused a stroke, and he died.

Bugs Bunny died because an orderly didn't put a bed bar in place.

I don't think "Box Office Bunny" was all that bad. Of course, I don't think I've ever met a Bugs Bunny cartoon I didn't like.

Invasion of the Bunny Snatchers was one of, if not the best post-Mel Blanc Bugs Bunny cartoons ever made.

I saw Noel a couple months ago he is mostly retired he lives on Big Bear Lake in Big Bear CA. There is a boat cruise on Big Bear Lake and during the cruise the Boat often stops in back of his house and he will come out on his back lawn and do Bugs Bunny and a few other voices. He is a real nice guy.
