Default Why does Dale Gribble think that Joesph is his son?

He looks just like John Redcorn.

Default Do you think Joseph and Dale would've found out eventually?

I wonder if had "King of the Hill" not been cancelled, I wonder if Dale and Joseph would have found out about Joseph's true parentage. In my opinion, either Dale is too blind to see what's right in front of him or maybe there would have been a revelation in him actually knowing that Joseph was John Redcorn's biological son all along. Though in all honesty, I wonder why Nancy was even married to Dale. She was definitely not faithful to him. Hell, there was even that episode when Bill dates a woman whose daughter is another one of John Redcorn's illegitimate children, until John steals her away from Bill.

What do you think?

He still thinks that an alien impregnated Nancy. If it comes back in a movie, I would love to see Nancy tell Dale and Joseph the truth.

Because Dale is an idiot.

But what I find even more foul though is that Nancy and John Redcorn didn't even have enough class to break the news to him.

Because Dale is dumber than a box of rocks. It's as simple as that.

This is the main thing I hate about the cancellation of "King of the Hill."

Now there will never be closer on Dale not knowing that Joseph is John Redcorn's son...

Joseph didn't know Dale wasn't his biological father either (he also wasn't the brightest bulb in the box).

So I THINK that's the reason Nancy stayed with Dale.

I think the point the show was making was that it didn't matter who the biological father was, Dale was the real father.

And somehow I think that Dale knew the truth on a subconscious level but wouldn't allow himself to believe it, hence the far-fetched theories such as having a Jamaican relative.
