Default Network Decay: Cartoon Network vs. Disney Channel vs. Nickelodeon

Which channel has changed for the worst in recent years? I'm not in the mood right now in spending a whole lot of time giving forth my own personal feelings, so I just post this link (to better articulate my point of view):

I said Disney Channel because once Vault Disney went-out in 2002, Disney just threw Mickey Mouse out with the bathwater!

Cartoon Network would be next because once they removed Looney Tunes, it was never the same.

Nickelodeon was ALWAYS the First Kids Network, but they just forgot the First Kids who watched it.

I also revamped my webpage...http://mrcleveland.proboards.com/index.cgi...It now promotes these Cable Stations and why they all went to hell!

I say Nickelodeon because it's no longer Nickelodeon. It's the Spongebob Channel.

The other two are in a virtual tie for a close second.

The Disney Channel has definitely changed for the worst in recent years. The worst part is that the network is probably doing the best it's ever done. Horrible.

i agree with you. i couldn't choose between the trio because frankly, they are as awful as one another. although with cartoon network, once hanna barbera folded as a company for good, the channel was never the same again, afterwards.

In the 80’s and 90’s, Nickelodeon was known for airing top-quality children’s shows. However… these days Nickelodeon is hardly relevant. What happened? This video deep dives into the story of Nickelodeon, the first cable channel for kids, and why it failed.

➡️ From Eureka’s Castle to Spongebob, Nickelodeon produced many popular (and successful) kids’ shows. There is a ton of history and great television to look back on. Today we’re going to remember all the great shows of Nickelodeon and try to answer the question of why Nickelodeon failed.

Watch the video to see the full deep dive and let's take a look at what happened and what to do now that their audience has gone elsewhere.!

💬 What was your favorite Nickelodeon TV show? Do you think Nick can make a comeback?
