I was wondering is Kevin Peter Hall The Guy who played Rose boyfriend the big Cop who would have to Ben Down to come in The Door.

died of AIDS, at age 35, in 1991.

He actually stood 7' 2" and dont forget his 2 movies as the "Predator"

Thanks for the correction. I thought he was over 7 feet tall. I think he was
6' 9" when he was in his teens.

He was in a really bad car accident in the fall of 1990 (shortly after 227 ended its run) and he needed a blood transfusion. Unfortunately, the transfusion caused him to become infected with HIV and he wound up dying from AIDS-related complications in the spring of 1991.

Very sad. Blood screening for HIV in blood donations and transfusions in hospitals started in 1987. However it was not until 1992 that it was fail safe.
