Talking The episode when they vacationed on "Chilligan's Island"...

OMG, I seen that episode last night. I hadn't seen it in a long while. That scene where that big island rat or whatever it is cracked me up. It was as funny last night as it was the first time I seen it. That scene went on so long without any real dialogue, it was pure physical comedy. Martin sweating, Gina screaming...and when Martin had the rat up to his neck and he was facing the camera REAL CLOSE was so friggin' funny.

Anyone else like this episode?

I did not like that episode because I am scared to death of rats or mice. If there was one that big in my room I probably would have a heartattack. Just looking at that episode gave me the willies.

I love this episode. Martin is great with his physical comedy.

It was hilarious.

I did not see this episode on the marathon though. I was hoping to see it. It is one of the best episodes of Martin.

Here it is on Youtube:

If you ask me, Martin is by far my favorite television show from the ’90s. I don’t know anybody who doesn’t laugh at syndicated old episodes and who can’t name at least one line they’ve taken from the show over the years (“Call me, almond!”). After watching my season one DVD I decided that I wanted to share some of my favorite episodes and moments from the series with you, and you could share yours too. Shall we?
