I hadn't seen this Show before, but now I love it.


I dunno how often Anson was there, but if Anybody has some more Episodes with him, please let me know

I remember Hollywood Connection. The Barry-Enright production was a Match Game knockoff that was hosted by Jim Lange. The theme music was also used on the show that was eventually replaced by Match Game, Hollywood's Talking, which was the first game show that Geoff Edwards hosted.

Geoff Edwards is one of the best game show hosts of all time. He could turn a middling show and make it great. Starcade wouldn't be nearly as memorable if he wasn't at the helm. He could also pinch hit for great hosts and keep their shows flowing smoothly, such as Let's Make A Deal, Chain Reaction and Tic Tac Dough. His first hosting gig was one that, well, flopped harder than the latest Fantastic Four movie. Jack Barry took an old format and included a bunch of celebrities onto it. Presto! new show! Here's Hollywood's Talking!
