Post New Kids each season

Did anyone get tired of new actors on "The new class" replacing the other actors each season? It bugged me. What about you others?

"The new class,"wouldn't have bothered me as much if the characters weren't carbon copies of the original cast in lines, setup, etc. and I would've liked to see more stories that weren't rehashes of the old plots.

"I get the feeling that I know exactly what they're gonna do and say before it happens in each scene."

Robert Sutherland Tefler, who played Scott Erickson, was revealed as a radical conservative.

The new class producer should've pick the correct actor, who's not a radical conservative, to play Scott Erickson peacefully.

I'm not going attempt to go to deeply into specifics, but about ten years ago, there was a "blind item" that popped online about "a show that was a reincarnation/spin off of a very hit show that used some, but not many of the stars from the first show."

The gist of the story is that there was allegedly a lot of abuse and misconduct going on behind the scenes at the hands of the producers and holdovers from the other show. The "blind item" also insinuated that there was a "casting couch" implemented as a means of getting on the show. And if you didn't go along with it, then the producers would just somebody else to slide in and kick you out.

Some internet sleuths wondered if this show in question was in fact, Saved by the Bell: The New Class. Either way, it does shed some new light on why there was so much cast instability on that show for the seven years that it was running.

Sam Bobrick's awful truth as being abused by antisemitism in his own obituary is no longer a permanent blind item right now, as you should still know right now.

I must confess that I didn't tune in and watch "Saved By The Bell: The New Class" during its original--and interminable--seven-season run from 1993 to 2000 (as a permanent fixture of NBC's long-running TNBC block on Saturday mornings), but even I was appalled, and disgusted, by the frequent (and completely unnecessary) cast changes throughout "SBTB: The New Class'" long, never-ending run...my noggin damn near exploded when I examined the cast rosters (per season) for the actors and actresses who were hired for their respective roles and then subsequently terminated, usually without any explanation whatsoever.

But what really baffles the hell out of me is that "SBTB: The New Class" aired for SEVEN F**KING SEASONS...for Christ's sake, its predecessor aired for only four seasons and Zach and his cohorts still graduated from Bayside in the summer of '93, and on time; on the other hand, "SBTB: The New Class" limped through seven dismal seasons--unneccesary cast changes and all--before there was finally some (albeit minimal) semblance of closure in the series finale for most--but, unfortunately, not all--of the characters, including longtime Bayside principal Richard Belding's (played by, of course, Dennis Haskins) bumbling administrative assistant, former Bayside student Samuel "Screech" Powers (portrayed by, of course, the late Dustin Diamond).

Enjoy your evening, as well as your weekend!

First of all, both Bayside and Valley high school settings don't fit with this new class series and, secondly, there should be a clone for the principal Belding, even if Screech gets included with all 7 clones peacefully, TBH, IMO...
