That kid, Douglas Grant, did only one other acting job on TV outside his two episodes of Good Times. They did a great job of picking mean looking kid, but he seemed too well spoken to be a bully.

He was that old? He was on The Electric Company from 1971 to 1973. I thought he was about 15 when he was on that series. He was short. In fact in the Mad Dog episode one of the jokes was that he was supposed to be in the same age range as JJ but he was as short as Michael.

I don't know if he was 25 but from looking at him in that episode it was clear that he was over 20 in real life
