She was paid more for that minor part than her future step-father Gavin MacLeod in his first season on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. (Cast of MTM later got well deserved pay raises). Arnie has faded to obscurity, but was also The Mary Tyler Moore Show's first lead-in.
