OMG . I was so happy for an instant. I'm not watching the games today but I knew Germany was playing Paraguay . I just went out to check my mail and my neighbor said what I thought was Paraguay won! His English isn't that good, and what he was really saying was Paraguay has 1, meaning they scored a goal. I checked on my phone 0- 1 Halftime, so that is definitely what he meant .
