Fox already released MTM produced show "The Mary Tyler Moore show" on DVD. They should release both Bob Newhart and Newhart on DVD.

For the record, I liked the Bob Newhart show better. Those crazy towns people on Newhart have nothing on Bob's crazy patients on the Bob Newhart show.

I like both of the series a lot, but since I grew up with the Bob Newhart Show, I'm going to say that is my favorite. I also preferred Suzanne Pleshette as his wife, as she was a strong, level-headed woman who was not afraid to voice her opinion or put him in his place at times.

Bob Newhart Show, by quite a bit. I liked Michael and Stephanie individually, but as a couple they were tedious.
