The only problem with that as far as I can tell is that Ted McGinley and Cathy Silvers were both Happy Days cast members long before Joanie Loves Chachi even premiered. Crystal Bernard, Billy Warlock and Heather O'Rourke all would've made much more relevant examples of how the existence of Joanie Loves Chachi led to new characters being added to Happy Days.
