Another tip off that they reshot stuff is that is that Joyce DeWitt's hair is longer in the "Cindy-less" footage. Also, Priscilla Barnes in the Season 6 opening with Jenilee Harrison, isn't hopping and pointing out like a giddy little girl while grabbing on to John Ritter.
