When you start a new thread, scroll down to the "Additional Options" section. At the bottom of that you'll see an option to check a box for "Yes, Post a Poll", and you can put in the # of how many responses you can put to choose from in your poll. Then members can anonymously vote in the poll, and you can see the # of votes for each choice, and the ongoing tally---makes threads like this much more interesting, IMO.

I remember the longer hairstyle only in the first season. I personally don't like short hair in general both for women and men.
