Antenna cut so much out of the first scene in the French restaurant. The discussion about trying the snails. And that was a major funny scene too, bad place to cut out

But still a really funny episode. Repossesing a coffee table! That man was funny ! Calling Max " Little Buddy". And Ann was like WTF when the guy was taking away the coffee table and later when Max said " A guy came in and made off with the coffee table" . And Ann says " WHY" with her funny hand gestures . Hilarious! I love this episode.

Ann didn't have too much luck with the guy with the big glasses. First as a psychiatrist who brought a young date to Ann's birthday party. Than as a tacky comedian who basically dogs Ann out on stage !

Both eps funny tonight

Max is looking so bad as of right now if this was 1980. The man cant manage his finances and unable to pay the bill at dinner. How do u not know what your credit card balance is?

U always supposed to check it on a daily.

The repo man was funny as shet

Called ann Granny.

The two indirect history lessons in this episode was

Dan Rather was the anchor for CBS Evening news in the early 80s

How bad inflation was in early 80s

The not Laughing matter episode threw me a curve ball because no way in hell did I think the comedian would be back at ann's apt. And the laugh of the episode was him telling schneider he was hitting on a drag queen

Then schneider said,,,,,,,,,"u was joking right? I have a date with her tomorrow

I recognized roberta from 3's company

It defintely felt edited because I wanted to know why they were at the restaurant in the first place lol I was like......are they celebrating something?? lol

And yes I was cracking up when he called her grannny

BTW: this is the very first time I ever watch a sitcom and its the cast is already out in public

IDK? I think it would be really easy to go off track of how much credit you had . In 1980 I didn't have credit cards yet . Back than I don't think they had automated phone numbers you could call to check your balance and of course no

internet/ online back than. So maybe you wouldn't keep
track as good as you would now. But still there were
monthly statements/ bills. So yeah Max and Julie too were
just being restless with the credit . As lots of young people
do. Every generation really . Even older people too. Charge
it, worry about it later. Easy to get your credit messed up!
