I can relate to the storyline. 14 years ago in Feb of 2016, I was informed by landlord that the building was being sold and my lease was ending on May 31st. They was turning the apt into condos and was told I can select one first before its advertised. of course I was forced to move to the apt I am in now and been here ever since.

Well the retrospective was pretty good. Like I said I was able to relate because my apt was converted into a condo 10 years ago and I had to relocate because I had no money for a condo. That was my last time dealing with a private landlord.

This could have been a cool 3 part finale to end the show. Showing flashbacks while they prepare to relocate and move out.

Oh. Now I know why you and Opus were in a big discussion about this. It's been so long since I've seen that two parter. But the reason for it was going down memory lane because they thought they might be forced to move from the apt. right?

Yes they thought their apt building was being converted into a condo. That actually happened to me 10 years ago and thats how I ended up at the apt im at now. If that never happened I would still be there

Yep. I love how in old sitcoms they bring up major current events that were going on back in the day. It is very much a history lesson.
