I know. I couldn't help myself. I apologize to any friends or family of his (or Jack's) that might read it.

My pick is Bill Jacobson from the Dorothy Allison segment. Daughter goes missing and the cops didn't do a damn thing. That man SEARCHED and actually found the area where her body was dumped. He deserves a few.

A victim of the times. This happened in 1976. I had this conversation with Robin in the podcast thread. You were royally screwed if your child went missing prior to the late 80's because police would always write them off as runaways. Even if they were happy, had tons of friends, did well in school and had no logical reason to run away, it didn't matter.

Good choice, though. The Dorothy Allison segment was one of my first memories of UM as a kid.

She doesn't seem like the type of person to drink, but I'd buy a drink for Zel Loseff. She lived to be 101 years old, and never learned the truth about her son.

One of the hosts. Or the lady co-host, Virginia.

Charmedsignora, I agree that Zel would be a good choice. From what the segment suggested, it sounded like Zel's daughter-in-law had enough drinks for everyone, though.

Angela Hammond's baby. They would be old enough by now and that would mean Angela and the baby didn't fall victim to a murderer.

Anyway I would have a drink with Steve Dahl. He could tell me how many LGBTQ clubs are around town. I've never been to one

I was trying to be optimistic, not creepy. I assumed this thread meant to sit down and have a conversation with someone.

I thought it was a lovely sentiment. The baby would be all grown up if he/she didn't come to harm. It would be really great if that was the case.

Kind of surreal to think that the baby would be about 26 years old today.

Yeah, my mind kind of exploded after I did the math.

It's crazy how we think time stands still on these until we take a closer look.
