Is it just me or did the racecar driver kind of look like the older man ( the veterinarian) Julie almost married ? But in a more macho kind of way and more muscular build. . But to me they kind of resembled each other in the face .

My favorite line is when Julie says to Ann “Why is it okay to discuss our sex life but not yours” and Barbara says “I have a sex life???”

Racing’s not my top sport but from what I’ve seen drivers don’t seem to be built that muscular.

True. Not that I watch car racing either. But seems to me the drivers are kind of wirey , is that a word? Like someone on the skinny side that has a lot of nervous energy.

I like it. That works too. (But I’m always in favor of giving Barbara the punchline )

I think John was a family friend, he went out with Julie too sometimes . Remember in the Older man , before she met the veternarian she had a date to go bowling with John, and Barbara ended up going.

Friend/ casual date type of guy for both girls.

Strange ending to Ann's secretary. Ann finds out about her medical condition and decides to rehire her. But the viewers dont find out if she ever tells Mr. Davenport because I would think he would have had to know just in case she had another blackout moment. And do we see her again working for ann after this episode? And John Travolta sister is annoying AF on this show like she was on Three's Company. Also that older lady with the blonde hair was goofy on this episode like she was on TC On All in the Family she was normal

Do we see Mr. Davenport after season 3?

In the episode Barbara's rebellion

Bob may have been gay and didnt realize it It was no need for him to be acting like that when he was in bed with barbara. I mean shy is one thing but he was acting like he was scared of her girls

I was expecting Ann and Schneider to come looking for barbara in chicago and burst in the room and see her and bob. I was surprised that didnt happen

- doesn’t she say it’s Leslie’s decision whether to tell or not? Doesn’t it end with the “Would you tell?”, leaving each viewer to make their own choice?

- We never see her again

- There’s more Davenport coming
