It was very difficult for her to follow under Phil's mansion rules since she was the first Banks child to be born in Banks mansion and lived there too long for a while. Besides, Carlton, Hillary and Will were each born in different previous places before they each moved in the Banks mansion before Ashley was born.

Thats because she was a minor on the show 11 to 17 I think she would be a more interesting character if she was mayb a adult when the show started 20 or over Ashley came across as annoying kid or teen

Well just like the girl from ‘Family Matters’ she was better as a kid. She was still good and a better actress then her, but just better as a child then a teen. Usually on TV the youngest has the least to do anyway!
