Jen Shah has been granted early release from federal prison and is set to be released on December 10, 2025, after serving 33 months for her role in a telemarketing fraud scheme. Her early release is due to good behavior, participation in prison programs, and her repayment of restitution. She surrendered to prison in February 2023 and was initially sentenced to six and a half years. |
