Tracker seasons 1 & 2 proved extremely successful, but a problem going into season 3 can doom the crime drama's longevity if it isn't solved. |

Excuse me? I thought a broadcast TV series could doom its own longevity from the get-go simply by not being produced by the network's sister/in-house production studio, maybe even to the point of getting forced off the air without a proper send-off.
Cases in point: 2 Broke Girls (produced by Warner Bros. TV) and Life in Pieces (produced by 20th Century Fox TV like Tracker is, although LiP aired before the Walt Disney Company's acquisition of 20th TV). |
