To me, when Ray voted against Debra when she ran for PTA president, I didn't feel one bit sorry for her because what he said to her was right. If she wanted the job badly enough, she should've been more considerate of people like him because when you become a leader of any form, everyone is going to be on your plate no matter how you do or don't look at each of the different groups of people who then become your responsibility. To put rules and stipulations on certain groups of people in my opinion is way over the line especially if they won't be able to abide by whatever is put out there due to things that they may not ever have any control over.
