There was a time where Family Guy broke the internet and captivated the attention of people all over the world, after the Griffin family were dealt with a heavy loss that broke the show itself. It wasn't Peter, Lois, Chris or Meg, but the (debatably) lovable talking dog known as Brian Griffin! As he experienced death for 3 whole weeks after Stewie destroyed the time machine and failed to save his best friend from being struck by a car. Although everyone remembers this little story arc, no one talks about what it was actually like living through the event back in 2013. Which is what I wanna do today, running through the buildup to this fateful season 12 twist and the episodes Life of Brian, In Harmony's Way and Christmas Guy! All to give you guys a perfect picture of what it was like when the world temporarily lost Brian, giving us some Not So Funny Family Guy Moments! This is the Death that Broke Family Guy!
