The lady who played Wendy Camp also played Lela Stallings. Both of those were in Oklahoma. And Jaycee, yes, the man who played Ernest Acosta also portrayed Carl Austin Weiss' father. Both in Louisiana, of course. |

I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but I noticed tonight that one of the thugs in the CW Roddy segment was none other than Todd Mueller (wearing his trademark baseball hat).
https://youtu.be/opOW9pkokME?t=2560 This segment also has the overly dramatic FBI Agent, William E. Smith, who we also see prominently in the Dark Dante segment. |

Hi.
The girl who plays a young Barbara Smith Reed (the girl who runs down the street crying after being told she was adopted in the 1940s and later finds out her best friend is her sister) looks a lot like the girl who played a young Aideen Murphy (the girl who was placed in a London orphanage and makes friends with Eve Meisel who was placed at the same orphanage after her family fled the Nazis)? Anyone else think the actress is the same? |

Just rewatched the segment and it could be him, but his appearance is so brief that it's hard to tell. Lighting did not favor him either, as in not getting a great look.

The non-custodial husbands in the Craig Walker and David Estright cases were played by the same actor.

The same actor who played Jim Burnside also played him when that case was featured in America's Most Wanted at the time. It would be interesting to see how that segment was featured in that show, provided there's someone, anyone out there who may happen to have it someway, somehow.

not an actor, but I was reminded recently when I watched the dwayne mccorkendale segment that the detective Paul Renfrow appeared in multiple segments. He was in the aileen conway and michael st. clair segments as well.

I don't suppose you've ever found the name of this actor, have you? I posed the question back in 2017 earlier in this thread, and after stumbling into the CW Roddy segment recently and seeing him pop up again, this mystery crossed my mind once again.
I've tried IMDB, Google, Fandom, multiple searches throughout this forum, and I keep coming up completely empty. |

The actor who played Brad Bishop was also in the Frank Olson segment as one of the other agents at the retreat where Olson was given a spiked drink. |

Also, speaking of Brad Bishop...the detective that uses the key from the neighbor to enter the Bishop house and finds all the blood also plays the detective in the hotel room in the Danny Casalero segment. Guessing since both were Washington DC area cases they used the same casting resources. |

I'm 99% sure the actor playing the Rock Creek gang member (in the Chief Hamerick segment) changing a tire and talking to a police officer is the same actor who portrayed the high school version of sweet Victor Simon...who fell asleep in class and was devastated when his birth parents weren't at his high school graduation.
Both these cases also took place in Ohio. Coincidence? |
