Can't say I will miss him, would rather this lead leave than Hugh Dancy. It would be nice if Benjamin Bratt could reprise his role and replace JD.

"Veep" alum Reid Scott is on the case for "Law & Order" Season 23, premiering Thursday, Jan. 18 at 8/7c on NBC.

New details reveal that Scott will portray Det. Vincent Riley, who’s familiar with Lt. Kate Dixon (Camryn Manheim), who personally recruited him onto the squad. He will work alongside Jalen Shaw (Mehcad Brooks).

I liked Jeffrey Donovan okay but if it couldn't work, it couldn't work. New guy works out fine. There was lots of turnover on the early seasons of Law and Order and it's going through another change right now. I think it will turn out for the better though.
