UK’s "The Office" Actor Ewen MacIntosh Dead at 50

Ewen MacIntosh, the Welsh actor who played the accounts department’s Keith Bishop aka “Big Keith” in Ricky Gervais‘ original BBC comedy "The Office", has died at the age of 50.

The news was confirmed by Gervais himself in a post on X. “Extremely sad news,” he wrote Wednesday. “The very funny and very lovely Ewen Macintosh, known to many as ‘Big Keith’ from The Office, has passed away. An absolute original. RIP.”

A cause of death has yet to be revealed.

I heard about this when doing my commercial research on Youtube and it's a shame that Euen Macintosh is gone and I wonder what The Office UK is gonna do to honor his memory? Was Euen also in any commercials in his career?

The Office's Kevin was Inspired By a Hilarious UK Counterpart

The Office owes a lot to the original UK version of the series. But one character in particular served as a direct inspiration for Kevin Malone.
