After appearing as Klingon Maltz in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, John Larroquette gets to dress up as a Klingon again in NBC's Night Court.

I was in the studio audience for this episode! They understandably had to pre-shoot all of Larroquette’s Klingon scenes due to the makeup but they filmed all the live scenes in order and played back the pre-shoots so we could follow the plot.
