Yeah that is creepy, but honestly unsurprising since i feel she was a girl he was hunting. i always felt the killer was a drifter who was looking for someone to rape and kill.

definitely a flex by Paul. with my ADHD it reminds me of Marfa lights when the young WW2 vet inquired with Marfa about the lights and their answer
