If that's the one where she goes outside and sings Singin' In The Rain, yeah, that's pretty bad!

That was the first episode I recorded from TV back when I got into the show in like 1990 ... I hate how on the DVD they cut out the Singing in the Rain scene

We all have similar disliked episodes. I too always hated the one where everyone leaves the house and Mama is bored dancing on the sofa and playing pots and pans. I also dislike the big nap where Iola's mother is missing. Its funny because I was recently watching one of the reunion shows and the actors that played Bubba and Iola both said it was one of their favorite shows to get dressed up and play a different role.

I actually like the episode with Mama Crowely. She was so mean and I thought it was funny.

That's one of many music cuts on MF DVDs -- to me the worst is "Harper Days are Here Again" cut out of the Mayor episodes from season 2.

For the syndicated years I'm glad I kept my recordings from TBS years ago.

Yeah I hated how Harper Days was cut. I had most of the episodes on VHS, but our house burned and lost them

Great question. There are so many I haven't seen in several years, but I am guessing most of mine would come from the fourth and fifth seasons. I loved the syndicated years with the original family, I thought the third season was well done - especially early on - and the sixth season was decent to strong as the end of the series approached.
The fourth and fifth seasons were the heart of the syndicated years, with the original version of the show virtually ignored by then.

Wow! That's one of my favorite episodes. To me, it was downright creepy and sent a chill up my spine.
