Kevin Sorbo said he is a victim of cancel culture.

The Hercules: The Legendary Journeys actor, 64, said he has been shunned by Hollywood for his conservative opinions and Christian beliefs in an interview on Fox News.

The native Minnesotan claimed he and his agent had parted ways after the Andromeda star was 'blacklisted.'

'It was sad to me, you know, my manager and agent for so many years said that we can't get you jobs anymore, work with you because of you being a Christian, being a conservative,' he said.

'We have such a huge divide in our country right now, and it's perpetuated by the mainstream media, perpetuated by movies, TV,' he maintained.

'I don't harbor that kind of anger and hatred towards people. I have a different point of view.'

The actor has made some controversial statements over the years.

In 2014, he defended Mel Gibson's 2004 film The Passion of the Christ against allegations it was anti-Semitic telling Jerry Newcombe on the faith-based talk show Vocal Point, 'News bulletin: you did kill Jesus!' according to Christian Today.

He later apologized for his use of words, but did not back down from his stance, saying, 'Did all Jews at that time hate Jesus? Of course they did not. The people screamed to let the hardened criminal go. That's in the book. That's in the facts.'

That same year, he said derogatory comments about protestors in Ferguson, MO after the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

In a since deleted comment on Facebook share by Salon, he wrote, 'Ferguson riots have very little to do with the shooting of the young man. It is an excuse to be the losers these animals truly are. It is a tipping point to frustration built up over years of not trying, but blaming everyone else, The Man, for their failures.'

'It's always someone else's fault when you give up. Hopefully this is a reminder to the African Americans ( I always thought we just Americans. Oh, well.) that their President they voted in has only made things worse for them, not better.'

In January 2021, he was called out by former Xena: Warrior Princess star Lucy Lawless after theorizing that Capitol Hill rioters were actually Antifa activists in disguise.

Kevin has starred in multiple family friendly and faith-based films over the past decade including this year's Left Behind: Rise of the Antichrist.

The actor and producer has created his own Sorbo Studios with his wife of some 25 years, Sam, 58. The couple share three children, Braedon, 21, a social media influencer, Shane, 19 and Octavia, 17.

The couple's latest release, Miracle in East Texas tells the fact-based story of two con men who try to persuade widows to invest in their useless oil fields during the Great Depression. The film co-starring Louis Gossett, Jr and John Ratzenberger is set to screen in theaters October 29 and 30.

Following a cue from Angel Studios and their recent hit Sound of Freedom starring Jim Caviezel, fans interested in the film are encouraged to buy their tickets now.

Fans who can afford to, are encouraged to 'Pay It Forward' by purchasing a ticket for someone else to use.

The movie made the film festival circuit in 2019 and won several awards including Best Family Film at the International Christian Film Festival and Best Romantic comedy at The Houston Film Festival.
