The first one was a weird, creepy, depressing mess and an acquired taste (it took me several tries to finally appreciate it). Series two and three were the best, IMO. The last one everyone loves, but I absolutely couldn't stand.

I dislike series 4 too. Very repetitive, not many new ideas, they're wearing out the formula, and the Darling jokes were far too predictable, I saw that coming miles away.
