A Howard centered spin-off I wouldn't have much interest in. A Leonard and Penny spin-off would be better.

I can't believe East New York is still waiting for a renewal, thought I would get that two months ago.

CBS announces their schedule on Tuesday, now a week before the other networks. They should do this.

News of S.W.A.T.'s cancellation came right after its new episode tonight. Too bad, it still did well in ratings but was too expensive now. This was a good season too, we were finally rid of Chris and her replacement was a lot more likable. Another reason to hate stupid Fire Country, part of S.W.A.T.'s cancellation likely came to wanting FC's lead-in to be used for a new show. But if it comes down to S.W.A.T. or East New York, I definitely prefer East New York coming back.

Bite me CBS!

It is bad enough I will probably be losing Alaska Daily, did not think I would be losing East New York as well. If So Help Me Todd and East New York's nights would have been switched so would the ratings. I doubt I watch any of the new freshmen coming after how this amazing freshman got screwed over. And I hate good for nothing Fire Country even more now.

^^Well, we can at least be happy about another veteran series being saved from cancellation without a proper sendoff. A real shame that the 2017 version of S.W.A.T.'s cancellation being reversed just had to come at the expense of East New York, because it's said that those two shows were competing for the same spot on the CBS Fall 2023 schedule. It just goes to show you that in-house productions will triumph over unowned productions every time (even though S.W.A.T. 2017 is actually a co-production of CBS Studios and Sony TV). Sorry, IceCream.

CBS is the No. 1 network in total viewers for the 2022-2023 season, Fox is No. 1 in the 18-49 demo.
