The most unbelievable storyline is probably BB's Finn being declared dead and then mysteriously, inexplicably being resurrected without question from anyone.

Never caught Guiding Light, but you’d probably change your mind if you watched Bill Bell’s Y&R. That man was a genius, and Y&R hasn’t been the same since he died. You missed out on a lot. Victoria actually had a spine and wasn’t a fearful, intimidated ice queen, Katherine and Jill hated each other, Jill cheated on Jack’s father with both Jack and another guy, there was Jack vs. Victor, a Brad/Traci/Ashley love triangle, Lily’s Aunt Olivia was married to a man who was cheating on her and he caught HIV from his f*ck buddy, Drucilla had sex with Malcolm when she was high off of corn syrup and he ended up being Lily’s real father, Phyllis used to be a mentally ill psycho and drugged Danny to get him in bed with her, etc.

And yes, I do remember when Phyllis crashed Shick’s wedding. What pissed me off is that she didn’t hesitate ruining things between Jack and Kelly yet cheated on the man she so loved with his brother.

I think that deep down, Phyllis enjoyed the rough, wild sex and she just pretended to be offended and disgusted by Marco raping her. She obviously wasn’t complaining when Billy was kissing her thigh and undressing her.

I wish I was watching way back when psycho Phyllis ran down Christine and Paul with her car. I did see the reveal years later. That could have been so much better. It was a huge let down IMO. NOTHING happened to Phyllis for attempted murder. I was sickened. Some speculated that she also might have been responsible for someone dying in a fire at the time of the attempted murder on Christine and Paul. Seriously, I don't know how Danny could have anything to do with that insane Tasmanian devil. Her obsession with him was psychotic. I despise Phyllis but I don't "hate" her. The one and only soap character that I ever truly hated is "Ben Weston" from DOOL.

Wow. I never knew Phyllis and Michael once had a romantic relationship. I always thought they were just friends. Then again, who hasn't Phyllis had sex with? We are talking about the dumpster sex queen.

Don’t forget Phyllis and Nina’s other son (forgot his name) had celebration of life sex after Phyllis’ psychiatrist died in her apartment and she needed help getting him out.

I think Nina's other son is Ronan. He seemed to be a bit younger than Phyllis. I'm surprised Phyllis hasn't tried to seduce Noah.

LOL. Yeah, Ronan sounds about right. Isn’t Nick a few years younger than Phyllis? Because he doesn’t seem to be that much older than Daniel actually.

The real life actors, Nick and Phyllis are 5 years apart (Phyllis is older) and the "Daniel" actor is 43.

Hmm, that’s funny. Michelle Stafford’s Wikipedia page says she’s 54, but it used to say she was 57.

Anyway, I’m pretty sure Phyllis is supposed to be older than Nick. She had storylines with Danny/Christine/Jack/Malcolm/Michael and they are all older than him.

Also, I know you remember them being together, so that brings me to this question: did you like Phyllis and Billy being together? I didn’t. The whole thing was stupid IMO.

I thought it was stupid too, and I especially hated when Billy used Summer for sex just so he could stick it to Phyllis.

BTW, whoever said Michelle Stafford is 57 probably made a typo. She looks more like 54.

Speaking of Y&R, just curious, did you watch whenever COVID first came out and they had to rerun the older episodes? Those were fun to watch IMO.

Yes, I remember the rerunning of old eps. during the beginning of COVID. And when they did shoot a new episode, I remember some of the very obvious social distancing. For instance, Abby and the previous Chance did not touch each other, did not even hug when he proposed and whenever they had a love scene, there was no touching. Only the aftermath was filmed. Also, I remember at some Abbott event, there was a lot of dancing. I think it was Dina's funeral... maybe something else... And that long lost cousin was there (can't remember his name) anyway, there was no touching while dancing.

The long lost cousin was named Theo. I’m glad Chance and Abby are over, they were too mushy, although I didn’t wanna see em end like that.

I'm also glad that Abby and Chance are over. Now that Billy/Lily and Daniel/Heather are over too, I sense that Daniel & Lily will get back together.
