One exception, and I am not exact on this, was the “normal” opening credits, then Oliver maybe sliding that bedroom closet door, the door falling, then an extra credit on screen, “Carpentry by Ralph and Alf Monroe.” Oliver: “Hey they’re not supposed to get credit!”

Just like Lisa talking about the fife playing during a long winded speech by Oliver, it happened too many times to count. She would mention to Oliver about “the names,” and Oliver would say “WHAT….names?”
