Apparently Bradley Cooper was a regular on Alias, which starred Jennifer Garner. And the two were in stars in Valentine's Day (2010). But from what I understand that movie had a lot of stars in it, to the point that it likely doesn't even count, as in that kind of movie, there was is limited development to the characters.

There are a number of examples where a certain sitcom star is just a cameo. Like Mindy Kaling on 40 Year Old Virgin, which really starred Steve Carell.

Andy Griffith and Lee Meriwether from the short-lived sitcom The New Andy Griffith Show were in the movie Angel In My Pocket. Jerry Van Dyke was also in that movie, and he appeared with Andy Griffith in another short-lived series, Headmaster.

Doris Day and Billy De Wolfe from The Doris Day Show were in the movies Lullaby Of Broadway and Tea For Two.

Frances Bavier and Howard McNear from The Andy Griffith Show were both in the Debbie Reynolds/Glenn Ford movie It Started With a Kiss. Also in that movie were Edgar Buchanan from Petticoat Junction and Eva Gabor from Green Acres; Buchanan made occasional appearances on Gabor's show; likewise Gabor appeared occasionally on PJ.

Bert Remsen and Richard Stahl from It's A Living were both in the Burt Reynolds/Raquel Welch movie Fuzz; Remsen was gone from IAL by the time Stahl was on the show.

Both Gladys Kravitzes from Bewitched, Alice Pearce and Sandra Gould, were in another Glenn Ford movie, Dear Heart- of course Pearce died before Gould took over the role.

The 1983 made-for-TV movie High School U.S.A. seems to be another "holy grail- well, I was thinking of "gold standard" mentioned in a previous post. It had:

Dwayne Hickman and his brother Darryl, plus Steven Franken, from The Many Loves Of Dobie Gillis (Darryl was seen only occasionally on that show),

Frank Bank, Tony Dow, and Ken Osmond from Leave It To Beaver,

Bob Denver and Dawn Wells from Gilligan's Island,

Todd Bridges and Dana Plato from Diff'rent Strokes,

and Cathy Silvers and Crystal Bernard from Happy Days.

Also, two additional people who appeared at least occasionally on The Andy Griffith Show were in movies starring Don Knotts- Margaret Ann "Maggie" Peterson was in The Love God?, and Paul Hartman was in The Reluctant Astronaut.

An earlier post mentioned Fred MacMurray and William Demarest of My Three Sons being in movies together, but MacMurray was also in the Carole Lombard movie The Princess Comes Across with William Frawley (who was replaced by Demarest on M3S).

Nell Carter (Gimme A Break) and Dinah Manhoff (Empty Nest) starred in "Made For Each Other" (1992) together.

Nancy McKeon (The Facts of Life) and Michael J. Fox (Family Ties) were both in the movie "High School USA" together.

I have a good one that nobody’s mentioned yet.

Jason Alexander and Julia Louis-Dreyfus were in Seinfeld together and….

They also were in the movie North together, playing the PARENTS of North!

What’s funny about this one is there is NO WAY George and Elaine would ever get married!
